This outing will give be a working overview of Deer management on Forestry land.

This wildlife group outing will meet at the Bennachie Deer Larder (GR: NJ 661129, AB51 7SQ, directions: From Monymusk square head on the B993 towards Tillyfourie travel along this road for approx. 2 miles and turn right and park next to long brown wooden shed. Michael Skelly ,Wildlife Ranger Manger for East Region, Forestry and Land Scotland, will give a working overview of Deer management on Forestry land. This will be an outside visit looking at the deer larder with deer carcasses and then going out on site to look at field signs.
