Meet: Bennachie Visitor Centre/Work Parties Containers, 10.00am

This month we will be planting 69 trees within the foraging woodland.

Full waterproofs would be required due to head-high scrub and trees in some areas, which if wet will soak people even on a fine day at this time of year. The plan is to work in pairs at the site.

Where required complimentary parking passes will be available for you to use on the day.

Please wear warm and waterproof clothing plus walking boots.

Tools will be provided but, if possible, please bring your own gloves, hand sanitiser and safety glasses. We will have these available for those who don’t have available.

This work is suitable for 14-year-olds and over (note if under 16 years old you need to be accompanied by a responsible adult). The work parties are not suitable for dogs!

Ann Baillie will be providing food at the end. We will still have a short lunch break, therefore we suggest that you bring your own lunch. Could you please let us know if you plan to attend to allow Ann to get the quantity of food correct.
