Research on Bennachie

July 2014

Karin Hahn is an archaeology Honours student at the University of Aberdeen. She is undertaking research dealing with the archaeology and heritage of the Bennachie landscape. As a component of this research she is issuing questionnaires to different groups of people, including the Bailies of Bennachie, concerning their exposure to and knowledge of the archaeology within the confines of Bennachie. No previous knowledge of the archaeology is necessary to complete the questionnaire; all levels of knowledge, views, and perspectives are greatly appreciated. Any responses to this questionnaire will be used in a statistical analysis of the results, though individual replies will remain anonymous. An electronic copy of the questionnaire will be distributed to prospective participants in the near future. Please contact Karin at karin.e.hahn.11@aberdeen.ac.uk if you would like to hear more about her research or would like a copy of her findings; She would be happy to share the results with any interested parties when her research has been completed.
