On Sunday 17 March 2013 volunteers got together at the Bennachie Centre to catalogue the pottery found during the Colony digs in 2012, It was a good session and they got quite a bit of cataloguing done.
They have started to sort out some of the shards to see if they match up and to ascertain the number of different vessels coming from each site.
Still plenty to do and no doubt there will be plenty more “bits” to sort out at the end of the year with the anticipated digs!
