BAILIES WORK PARTY
We will be repairing some path damage on the Mither tap path near Hoise's well, clearing water bars and removing some graffiti with wire brushes on Craigshannoch. Please bring a packed lunch, work gloves and a spade.

WATERFALL WALK
Meet: The Bennachie Centre, Chapel of Garioch 6.30pm
Come along and join the Bailies of Bennachie on a gentle walk to Bennachie’s only waterfall. We will have a look at several interesting historic features along the way.
The walk is low level and approximately 3 miles in length.
Duration of walk: 2hrs approximately

ENGLISH QUARRY
Meet: The Bennachie Centre, Chapel of Garioch 6.30pm
Please join the Bailies of Bennachie on a walk to the English Quarry which is along the Gordon Way, find out why this quarry got its name and how important this quarry was in the 1800’s.
The walk is low level approximately 4 miles in length.
Duration of walk: 2.5hrs approximately

TURF TABLE/LINTEL QUARRY
Meet: The Back O Bennachie Car Park, Oyne. 6.30pm
Bennachie has many interesting and historical features, some less well known than others, please join the Bailies of Bennachie where we will incorporate the Turf Table which is less well known but had significant importance in the 1800’s , we will then visit the Lintel Quarry on Little Oxen Craig which is a well known feature on Bennachie.
Parts of this walk are strenuous and sections of the walk will not be on a path and will be through deep heather. On the way to Little Oxen Craig there is a steep incline on a well maintained path.
This walk is approximately 5 miles in length.
Duration of walk: 3hrs approximately

MITHER TAP FROM ROWANTREE
Meet: Rowantree Car Park 6.30pm
Join the Bailies of Bennachie on a walk along the Maiden Causeway to Mither Tap, there are excellent views and many interesting features to look at along the way.
This walk will be on medium gradient and on well maintained paths.
The walk is approximately 5 miles in length.
Duration of walk: 3.5hrs approximately

MILLSTONE CIRCULAR WALK
Meet: Donview Car Park 6.30pm
Please come along and join the Bailies of Bennachie on a circular walk up Millstone Hill, there are wonderful views up the Don valley and the Bennachie Range from this popular hill.
This walk has some gradual climbing on route and will be on well maintained paths.
The walk is approximately 6 miles in length.
Duration of walk: 3.5hrs approximately
